The author, Anthony Hincks, is known for saying that St. Patrick’s Day is all about being Irish and celebrating life as only the Irish know how. While we adore the Irish and their rich heritage, the people of White River love to celebrate life even more! That’s why MacCare in White River went Green for St. Patrick’s Day. We kicked things off with a lively arts-and-crafts session, decked out in green fun. And as the Irish Blessing goes, “May your home always be too small to hold all your friends”; luckily, at our Care Centre, we’ve got plenty of space for everyone. The more, the merrier!

🍀“Look up to the sky. You’ll never find rainbows if you’re looking down.” ~Charlie Chaplin~

🍀“I give you my love & my luck. Don’t throw either away.” ~Kelly Moran~ “Sheer Luck.”

Feedem never disappoints and presented our residents with a delicious meal and decadent dessert – take a look.

🍀“Diligence is the mother of good luck.” ~Benjamin Franklin~

🍀“There are no strangers here; Only friends you haven’t met yet.” ~William Butler Yeats~

🍀“A good friend is like a four-leaf clover, hard to find and lucky to have.” ~Irish Blessing~

Our residents truly enjoyed the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and wholeheartedly embraced the festive spirit. From all of us here at MacCare in White River, we wish you a home filled with joy, pockets lined with gold, and an abundance of happiness that fills your heart.
