Residents and their families love our Spring Walk at MacCare in Polokwane

A song by The Jackson 5 goes something like…

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

If you look around
The whole world’s coming together now, baby
Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it
Feel it in the air, the wind is taking it everywhere, yeah
Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

On Friday 1 September, we woke up and felt it! The sight of new growth and the sounds of chirping birds lifted our spirits and reminded us of the beauty of nature. This is why walking outside in the spring have benefits to our overall wellbeing!

Young and old, family and friends, and our dedicated team of Care Staff, flexed their muscles and started walking. It’s a magical time of the year and being outside with the people you care for, made for a very special Spring Walk.

A new season, new beginnings! From all of us at Macadamia Care, we are sending you warm wishes for a bright, sunny Spring!

Hugging the outskirts of the bustling metropolis of Polokwane, Macadamia Care offers peace in secluded surroundings.
