The English poet Lord Byron once said, “Friendship is love without wings”. We couldn’t agree more, especially on Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day is a special day that allows us to celebrate and appreciate the love and admiration we have for the people who make a difference in our lives. It’s not just about romantic couples but also extends to the wider network of individuals who impact our lives daily.

MacCare, Care Buddies, Feedem, and Western Province Caterers, took this opportunity to express our gratitude and respect for the people who inspire, encourage, and support us. We celebrated this day by sharing our love and admiration with those who matter the most in our lives – our residents.

Below, you’ll notice that our residents are holding a decorative paper heart in their hands. Each heart has someone’s name on it and that person received the heart accompanied with a Valentine’s chocolate. We had a lot of fun❤️! A big Thank You, to MacCare staff, Feedem staff, and Care Buddies, for your love and attention to detail!
